EMTN

EMTN (Euro Medium Term Notes) are debt instruments related to bond issuances with various maturities (from more than one month to up to 100 years for the French Community of Belgium).

EMTN are legally framed by an annually updated Programme which contains, among other things, an Offering Circular.

CFB’s EMTN Programme has 14 permanent dealers and any other may enter the Programme for a specific transaction as a “one-day dealer”.
